A neighborhood bakery with a serious point of view.

The Porch started with a simple conviction: that the bread on your table should taste like something made by a person who cares. Not a factory. Not a compromise. A person.

We bake in small batches, using time as an ingredient the way our grandparents did. Sourdough that needs a full day. Pastries that can't be rushed. Groceries we'd actually keep in our own pantries.

Located on John Marshall Highway, we're a destination for people who know the difference between fast and thorough — and who prefer the latter.
